Building a Strong Shrine
On 16th Rabi-ul-Awal 926 Hijri Sultan Ibrahim the son of Sultan Sikandar Lodhi of Delhi presented him in the court of Hazrat Shah Abdul Qadoos Gangohi and requested that I should be permitted to build a strong shrine of Hazrat Makhdum Alla-ud-Din Ali Ahmed Sabir Pak Kalyari out of my hard earned and pure legitimate money; permission was granted. He was pledged in Silsila-e-Sabria and told to do fair justice. Even honourable Hazrat Shah Abdul Qadoos Gangohi came along with his 1750 followers in Kalyar, stayed for months. His disciple Memaar Wali-ud-Din has the honour of building the tomb. Hazrat Jalal-ud-Din Thanesiri and other elite auliyas have the honour to pass on lime stone, bricks and stones to Memaar: very beautiful saintly and sacred shrine was built. Before this no one had the courage to go alone to the shrine except in the company of Hazrat Qutab-e-Alam Shah Abdul Qadoos Gangohi, every one paid his respects with him. After the construction of the shrine The Sabri wrath subdued to some point and people started coming according to the occasion or for the spiritual salvages in the court of Hazrat Makhdum Alla-ud-Din Ali Ahmed Sabir Pak Kalyari. So Shah Abdul Qadoos Gangohi has done a huge favour to the Silsila-e-Chishtia Sabria’s followers, who will keep on pledging till the Dooms Day.
